Exa-Cist

Stephen Dixon, AKA Exa-Cist, has been a fixture on the turntables since his debut on his 21st birthday in 2004.

He has achieved in 3.5 years what many never do, he has gained a credible reputation and made a name for himself in the ever changing Melbourne scene.

Exa-Cist attracts special attention for his seamless, artistic and smooth transitional style. His sound is an energetic and high-octane blend of Trance, Tech Trance and Hard Trance fused together to create an intense uplifting and driving sound.

Each performance is unique as Exa-Cist's talent for connecting with the dance floor changes with each venue and crowd. He does, however, maintain consistency delivering a fun, intense, and friendly energy throughout each performance.

His current residencies include 3D night club, PHD, Connect, G.O.D, Smile Police, Boiled Geezers and he has supported the likes of The Warp brothers, Scott Project, Impact, Derb (Kan Cold), Trevor Mclachlan, Lee Haslem and played big events such as Advent*jah @ Kryal Castle, Hard Kandy, Pharmacy, Earthcore, G.O.D and numerous interstate appearances.
