Wavemotion(Sasha Petrovic)

Wavemotion is the psytrance alias of Melbourne DJ and producer Sasha Petrovic.

Sasha started his DJ career in 1997, playing mainly progressive house and trance.

Over the years Sasha has played at some of Melbourne's best known nightclubs and events and in that time, he was fortunate enough to support some of world's leading dance music artists including Paul Van Dyk, Chris Fortier, Deep Dish, Steve Porter, Anthony Pappa, and many more. After over a decade behind the decks as a progressive house DJ, Sasha is currently one of Melbourne's newest psytrance artists.

In the very short time since his first outdoor psytrance DJ gig in early 2007, Sasha has demonstrated his strong ability to deliver colorful fast-paced sets, and has already appeared as part of several major event lineups including Tribeadelic Gathering and Earthcore.

Currently working on his new productions and live sets, Sasha is hoping to deliver a fresh new psychedelic sound in 2008 and for years to come.
