For close to a decade, Swedish duo Rickard Berglöf and Robert Elster (better known to the world as Vibrasphere) have been pumping out tracks from their Cloud 99 Studios. With over a 100 released productions to their name and gigs in all parts of the world, they are without a doubt one of the most sought-after and respected trance acts in the world today. Early releases “Echo” (2001) on Spiral Trax & “Lime Structures” (2003) on Digital Structures established them as truly leading figures of the progressive trance scene, earning them a place in the history of this progressive sound. Their 3rd Album, “Archipelago” (also on Digital Structures) was regarded as one of the seminal releases of 2006 and after their short break in 2005, firmly signally Vibrasphere were back on the scene. In late 2006, the single “Floating Free” was picked up by Superstar DJs Markus Shulz & Armin Van Buuren for their radio shows, resulting in a string of licenses including Gatecrasher Live on Ministry of Sound and Armada Trance Vol. 1. Strong support from DJs Paul Van Dyk, Hernan Cattaneo, Paul Oakenfold, Christopher Lawrence, Remy, Menno de Jong, Kenneth Thomas and John 00 Fleming has helped with making a successful transition to a wider audience and a whole new generation of Vibrasphere fans. Riding on the back of their successful 2006 release Archipelago (and its subsequent remix cd), Vibrasphere released their 4th full length album, “Exploring the Tributaries” this time on Tribal Vision Records in June 2007. In the spring of 2008 Vibrasphere released a track called Autumn lights on John “00” Fleming..s label Joof. For the end of 2008 Rickard and Robert are planning an special album release due to the fact that the Vibrasphere project turn 10 years.

Shadow FX (Zenon)

Shadow Fx was created in 2002 by 27 year old James Hayes from Melbourne, Australia. James started his musical career studying and playing drums and guitar in high school. Then at the age of seventeen he discovered psytrance in and around the famous trance hotspot of Byron Bay. After listening to and Djing the music for several years, he decided to move to Melbourne and make a serious effort to put his own mark on the scene. He set himself up with a small studio and started to produce full time, leading him to the smooth and refined sound for which he is known today. Described as a blend of deep, funky, morning grooves that are distinctively shaped from the Zenon sound. Intricate percussion lines interplay with emotive synth lines, then pieced together in the most intelligent of progressive structures. In recent years he has played at many parties all over Australia, as well as in Europe, North & South America and New Zealand. In 2008 he was nominated for beatport's artist of the year award.

Orpheus (Orb Records)

Dan's connection with music stems from his early days in the womb, being exposed to a wide classical repertoire prior to actually being born. From an early age, climbing naked to an intentionally raised stereo to tinker with knobs and buttons, it was clear that Dan's destination was to be a marriage of music and technology. Since launching the Orpheus project, Dan has shared the stage with Trance megastars such as Infected Mushroom, Astrix, Skazi, Raja Ram, Pixel and Illumination.

Child (Hi-Tek Soul/ Tribal vision)

Brought up by a pack of wolves in the siberian tundra, for the first 12 years of Child's life he could communicate only through a series or grunts and growls. Rescued by Hasidic jewish explorers who went on to become his adopted parents, Child was introduced to classical folk music quickly learning the glockenspiel and the tambourine. Through these tools and an old commodore 64 computer he was able to devise a system which enabled him to finally communicate with the outside world and thus the reclusive veil, which was previously his life, was finally lifted. A talented producer of all things techno, Child was brought on to the Melbourne division of Derrick May's Hi Tek Soul from which he was able to firmly establish himself in the Australian techno community.

Ben Evans (Interview)

Ben Evans's musical journey has been one hell of a ride, leading him onto a path that is only progressing upward to spectacular heights. After discovering a small record shop in Hawthorn, his heart was stolen away by the combination of powerful, melodic beauty and driving basslines in trance and psy and since then has dedicated his energy and love to it. From that moment on, his appreciation for dance music has evolved and Ben has developed his own unique djing style which fuses tribal, techy, progressive and melodic sounds driven by rhythmic drums and psychedelic groove, combined together in one sweeping mix of style, colour and sound. With atmospheric elements and a deep earthly soundscaped environment built to encompass the audience into a captivated, united crowd. From modest beginnings, Ben has accelerated ahead of the others and left his musical imprint upon huge mainroom crowds, to intimate underground regulars, all the way to the big outdoor crowds of the Australian psychedelic bush parties. Playing seamless and exciting sets alongside the likes of Simon Posford, Martin Roth, S.U.N Project, Midimiliz & Extrawelt, Space Tribe, Shpongle, John 00 Fleming, Lish, Gareth Emery, Mark Norman, Luke Vibert, Christopher Lawrence, Sean Tyas, Kyau & Albert, and Andy Moor, just to name a few.

Dave Pham (Stable)

Dave Pham began chasing his musical aspirations by collecting vinyl in the early nineties. This collection merely began as Dave couldn't quite find the music he sought after on any other format. After befriending a local Dj who lent Dave his decks, Dave began his mixing expedition and never looked back. Over 10 years have past, and since these humble beginnings Dave Pham has become on of Australia's most sought after Techno and Electro artists.
