Interview is back in quick succession for the next entry in your party memoirs with a night of floor filling international Trance.
Hailing all the way from Scotland, Interview is proud to present Kuffdam from the ever successful trance duo Kuffdam & Plant, along with Malta's best trance export Tenishia, their debut Australian performance will make you carve up the dancefloor like never before!
Kuffdam's early live gigs included shows with Nitravision/ Groovediggaz in 1996 including tour of Ireland in front of a 3000 strong crowd supported by a young Fergie and Mark Sherry from Public Domain. Now one half of the production powerhouse that is Kuffdam & Plant who since meeting in 2003 have quickly grown with the worldwide success of the recent tracks on JOOF, Monster Tunes and Vandit Records to name a few. With an online radio show and podcast CLUB DAMAGE which features international trance masterminds and locals alike on deck, Kuffdam is going to blast interview punters with a healthy dose of pure trance!
Joven Grech and Cyprian Cassar, the names behind Tenishia, are without doubt Malta's best electronic dance producers. Winners of 'Best Newcomer Award 2005' and 'Best Live Performance 2005', Tenishia took the Maltese clubbing scene by storm, playing all the island's major clubs and events, including MTV Summerdance rocking thousands of clubbers with their cutting edge DJ sets and live shows. With tracks appearing on Armin van Buuren's labels Armada/Armind, these boys are set in their place to take the world as their own! With vocalists like Jan Johnson, Kirsty Hawkshaw and more who could refuse an aural delicacy fresh from Maltese turf at interview.
Javier Ponce (aka Chwen) discovered Psy-trance in 2001, and fell in love with the style. Through the sounds of psychedelic trance he found what he was looking for in music: magic - a new way of being in touch with his inner self. In 2004 after 3 years of attending underground parties he decided to buy his own decks. Since the beginning he displayed a lot of talent, and after only 4 months he was invited to play at the first psytrance festival in the city of Ciudad Victoria.
After playing at a local party with Trancemission, a well-known progressive trance act from Mexico City, he was invited to form part of their record label called Nebular Hypott, now part of the Iboga Records Mexico.
